The Blue Lake Industrial Park  

The Blue Lake Industrial Park is located on 40+ acres on the south west edge of Blue Lake adjacent to the Mad River.  There is easy access to the park via a one mile industrial route through town off state highway 299.  The park is designated primarily for light industrial uses.  It is currently around 70% developed and still has some vacant parcels available for rent or for sale.  Current businesses located there represent the brewing, food processing, wood working & wholesale wood product, and power generation industries among others.  There are also buildings with rental space available for smaller businesses.  For more information, contact the city at (707)668-5655 or click here to send a message to the City Manager.
