You will need to complete a Special Event Application if:

Your event will interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic OR Your event takes place on public property including park rentals (excluding Skating rentals)

If your event would require the closure of a city street, please visit our encroachment permit page and complete the application. 

Once you obtain a permit application, please submit the completed form to the city clerk four weeks prior to the event. Applications submitted between three weeks and ten days prior to the event will incur an expedited fee.
