Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is Hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Lake will conduct a Public Hearing at their regular scheduled meeting on Oct.20, 2025 on the following application: Application #025-067-011/2025. Variance for Jace and Lorraine Comfort to allow the construction of a new garage located within the required 15-foot side yard setback pursuant to Municipal Code Section 17.24.180 (C)(4)(b).
