1. Download our Car Show 2024 Registration Form  or Pick Up/Pay at Blue Lake City Hall (111 Greenwood Avenue)
2. Mail completed forms to PO BOX 458, Blue Lake CA with payment (cash/check) OR email to parksdirector@bluelake.ca.gov
